What is my property worth?

You can find this out online and select one of 3 valuation options to suit you, how detailed you would like the report and your timescales:

I would like to register with you

This is the quickest way to see if we currently have any properties that meet your criteria then receive alerts of new listings 24-48 hours before they go live on the portals. You can create and manage your own personal profile so you only receive relevant alerts for properties that meet the criteria you set.

I am a tenant looking to report maintenance

Our online maintenance reporting system allows tenants to report maintenance issues at anytime as well as upload photos and videos of the problem, which helps to resolve it faster. The platform also offers built in advice for self-resolution of common household issues- this saves costs on unnecessary call-out's.

Please click here to find out what is classed as an emergency, how to find a suitable supplier and connect to our reporting platform.

Please note: this is only available to tenants of properties managed by Sandersons UK or where the landlord of a non-managed property has opted for this as a bolt on service.

I prefer to talk?

SO DO WE! Technology is great, but we would love to talk to you or preferably meet you, either in person or on a video call. Please click here to contact our teams, leave a message or send an email. You can also fill out enquiry form below.

Our remote phone system keeps our teams connected with transcripted voicemail messages also sent to their inbox so they can get back to you as soon as possible.
