The judging process includes in-depth mystery shopping, but more importantly scores agents on what matters most for customers. This includes:
- Market share
- Percentage of properties listed resulting in Sold (STC)
- How long properties were listed for before they were sold or withdrawn
- Percentage of sales falling through
- Percentage of price reductions
- Quality of marketing & property presentation
