Canterbury students: don't miss out

Student properties for the 2023-2024 academic year will be released soon. Don't miss out on the ideal property for you and your friends just because you heard about it too late. Most of our properties let to student tenants already registered with us before they even reach Rightmove, Zoopla & OnTheMarket.

It probably feels like you have only just settled into the new University term so seems far too early to be thinking about student houses for the next academic year. You will however notice that agents start listing student properties as early as October-December 2022 for the following year and it is often the best properties that get snapped up first. With demand for student houses close to Canterbury city centre and universities incredibly high, viewings are often limited and properties are let on a first come first serve basis.

As part of our commitment to tenants already registered with us, we will send an instant alert by email as soon as the property is launched inviting you to make an enquiry and register your interest. We will then contact you to book a viewing appointment at the earliest opportunity.

It doesn't take long to register and you are guaranteed to hear about new property listings before they go live on Rightmove, Zoopla & OnTheMarket.

Tips:
• You can specify the exact location (e.g. your University, favourite bar/club or sports ground) and set the radius you are looking to rent in from it. You can even set multiple locations.
• the rent amount you select will need to be the total rent for the whole property, not just what you calculate as your share between however many are in the house
• For the question "Are you a professional or student?" make sure you answer student
