Happy Christmas from the Sandersons team 🎄✨

Happy Christmas from the Sandersons team 🎄✨

We decided not to send Christmas cards by post this year, mainly to reduce our carbon footprint. Instead, we have made a charitable donation to Mental Health Resource, supporting people with complex and enduring mental health conditions and Porchlight, supporting homeless and vulnerable people.

Both causes are incredibly important to us and we are delighted to continue to support them. In the past, our team have participated in fundraising events like the 12km Commando run with obstacles for Mental Health Resource, Dragon boat racing event for Young Minds, marathon runs and fund raising trekking expeditions to name just a few.

Worth Farm is an exceptional Grade II listed, detached farmhouse. The owners decided the time had come to downsize, but overvaluing by their initial agent cost them months of delays...

The UK Government has published draft regulations setting out the information tenants must receive under the new Assured Periodic Tenancy (APT) system.
