The Negotiator Awards is the UK’s leading independent awards programme for estate and letting agents, their suppliers, and the residential property industry. It has been established for 14 years and has become, through an impeccable reputation for fairness and transparency, the most prestigious and valuable awards for agents to be associated with.

The event continues to grow from strength to strength each year, with over 260 businesses represented in the 2022 shortlist. Announcing the 2022 shortlist, Publishing Director Grant Leonard said, “The significance and importance of the Awards is reflected in the high quality and quantity of entries we’ve seen this year, underlining this as the leading awards programme in the sector.”
He continued, “We have a panel of 24 of the most experienced, achieved and respected people in the industry, judging the entries. Our judging process is the most robust, open and transparent process of any property awards, meaning that winning really demonstrates to the industry and your customers that you are the best. We’re looking forward to the big reveal on 25th November, at what promises to be a fantastic night at Grosvenor House, Park Lane London, one of the UK’s most prestigious venues.”
The Awards presentation is a black tie gala dinner and is hosted by a top celebrity and attended by 1000 property professionals from across the UK.
The Awards takes place in the evening of The Negotiator Conference & Expo, the key annual networking event for the residential property industry. This year, hosted by the BBC’s Naga Munchetty, it will bring together the leading associations, sector specialists and 500 agents, to debate the issues facing agents in 2023. Tickets for the Awards include a delegate pass for the The Negotiator Conference & Expo.
