We came into the New Year wondering whether we were going to have to furlough staff members as no one would be thinking about moving. We could not have been more wrong. 

Our levels of business has led to a shortage of stock. We are taking literally hundreds of calls a week and the demand is outstripping the supply in some cases by at least 80:1.

It could be higher that you think

Property prices are rising sharply at the moment. When demand outstrips supply to the extent we are experiencing now, inevitably there is an upward pressure on price. Coupled with the supply issue, there are people moving from other areas where house prices have historically been higher. In a number of cases, we are seeing several interested parties taking the final agreed price to substantially above the asking price. Now is a fantastic time to sell.
