After almost a year on the market with two previous agents, the owners approached us looking for a different result. What did we do differently?

A well deserved GOLD award achieved by our partner office in Wells at the British Property Awards for the fourth year running. Next key date: 22nd of October. The House of Commons will consider amendments made by the House of Lords during what's known as the "ping pong" phase, where both Houses sift through each others final amendments for agreement on the final text before Royal Assent. This is a critical juncture in its parliamentary journey as we enter the final stages.
