Sandersons UK WIN at the Best Estate Agent Guide Awards 2024!

Sandersons UK WIN at the Best Estate Agent Guide Awards 2024!

We are proud to once again be recognised as one of the top estate agents in the UK for our performance in marketing, customer service and results. This year marks our sixth win in a row!

How do you choose the best estate agent to work with? With over 13,000 estate agents in the UK, choosing an estate agent can be challenging. The Best Estate Agent Guide measures the performance of almost every estate agent in the country (99.6%) and only the very best agents are selected each year, giving people a simple way to find the best agent in their area.

We are thrilled that our Ashford, Canterbury and Maidstone offices in Kent, and our partner office in Wells, Somerset have all been rated 'exceptional' and received gold awards for 2024. This is the sixth year in a row that we have been featured in the guide, each time we are reassured (and a little relieved!) that our ongoing efforts to deliver the best possible service to our clients is proving successful. This award is particularly important to us because agents cannot pay to enter, so we know the results are trustworthy.

How are estate agents selected?

This is the most comprehensive review of the property industry. Agents undergo a thorough analysis against a unique set of performance criteria that measures property marketing, customer service and results. These include:

Market share - Agents can demonstrate that they have experience of selling more properties compared with their competition.
Conversions - Agents that score well on conversions have more exchange triggers, and low levels of withdrawals and fall-throughs compared with agents in their area.
Time to sell - Agents sell quicker than other agents and they progress those properties to completion more quickly than others in their area.
Price achieved - Agents have a lower percentage of price reductions compared to other agents in their area.
Customer service - Agents have a higher average Google Review Score and analysis of the reviews left by their customers reveal higher positive sentiment scores.

If you’re thinking about selling or letting a property then please get in touch - we will be very pleased to provide you with our advice and you can be confident that you’re dealing with one of the very best estate agents in your area.
