The vendor of the first property on St Mary's Island, Chatham, first put her property on with Sandersons through recommendation from another vendor client whose property we also sold. She was looking to move nearer to her daughter in Maidstone and we listed a property walking distance from her daughter shortly after.
Also on St Mary's Island, Chatham the vendor was looking for a larger property for the family. We sold their property to first time buyers, after viewing Island way, they could see that all the family would be able to be together and it would also allow her to stay in the area she loves.
