Block & Estate Management

Sandersons UK are excited to announce we have partnered with Kingsbrook Management to help, advise and assist in the running of Kingsbrook Park, ensuring it remains a welcoming and peaceful riverside location for all members of the community.

Completed in 2011 by Berkeley Homes, Kingsbrook Park is a beautiful island development consisting of 268 mixed apartments and houses, adjoining a lush riverside walk leading to the heart of the historic Canterbury city centre.

The management of mixed residential estates can often be complex and always provides opportunities to overcome unique challenges. We are certain that with more than 30 years’ experience in property management, residential sales & lettings and as land agents involved with new home developments, our property expertise ensures that we can offer a breadth of experience that cannot be matched.

As managing agents, we are looking forward to building relationships with the community and ensuring that any communal issues are addressed promptly, with minimal fuss or bother for our community residents. We will be working closely with the directors of Kingsbrook Management, providing sound financial forecasting and planning - making sure budgets are appropriate and minimise the risk of having to make large, and unwelcome, payment demands on the community members. We will be working daily with all residents to make sure the development and its communal areas are kept at their best for everyone’s enjoyment, whether our residents are just starting out, raising a family or simply enjoying a peaceful retirement.

We look forward to ensuring that Kingsbrook Park remains a proud and sought-after achievement of Canterbury’s development and that our residents experience the difference with Sandersons UK.
