After six months on the market with another local agent, the owners of this immaculate family home approached us to market their property. What did we do differently?
"Joe and Charlotte worked as an excellent team facilitating the sale of our home and then subsequently managing the chain. Making a difficult process a little more human. Highly recommend." ★★★★★ - Google review from A. Dearnley (Vendor)
The story
Located on an exclusive development in Challock, this modern home has been finished to an exceptional standard throughout. Another local agent marketed the property for six months but was unable to find a buyer. We kept in touch with them during this time, they wanted to try a fresh approach so instructed us to jointly market the property.
We transformed the marketing to highlight the immaculate interior and outside space. In addition to launching the property on our website, property portals and our social media channels, our proactive sales team also contacted matched buyers on our live database. One of our matched buyers loved the property and a sale was agreed after just two days of marketing.
What was the difference?
High quality marketing - Our in-house photographer captured engaging images to show this home at its best. Poor marketing by the previous agent could have missed enquiry opportunities.
Proactive sales team - Before the property had even reached the property portals our team was proactively utilising our database to identify potential buyers. We contacted people with search criteria that matched this property and successfully found the perfect buyer.
Dedicated sales progressor - Excellent communication between all parties was key to ensuring a smooth completion.
"The Sandersons team went above and beyond to help support our purchase and navigate the challenges a long chain can present. All the way through the process they worked with other agents and solicitors to ensure we achieved a tight deadline. Charlotte Brown was our main contact and was exceptional, ensuring regular communication and follow ups. Moving is stressful but Sandersons will support you all the way" ★★★★★ - Google review from D. Spring is one of the most popular times of year to sell your home. Longer days, brighter light and blooming gardens make properties look their best, while buyer activity naturally increases after winter. If you’re thinking about putting your home on the market this spring, a little preparation can go a long way.
