Nancy and Kay have worked together for 10 years, together they make up our New Lets team. A huge amount of work takes place behind the scenes after a let has been negotiated to progress references, problem solve and liaise with property management to ensure properties are ready (for managed properties). The most critical element, however is ensuring all compliance checks have been met and correctly issued with legal tenancy documentation (contracts, deeds of guarantee etc) in place. At renewal, they work with the lettings team to review the rental amounts and draw up new contracts accordingly.
